Star Wars!

So, I love Star Wars. It is the only saga that I've actually taken an interest in. It's awesome. I loved Hayden Christensen as Annakin as much as I loved Harrison Ford as Han Solo. Both sets of films had so many high points, I won't list them here. LOL. :)

As you can imagine, there are tons of great items on Etsy related to Star Wars and here are just a few! :)

First off, my favorite characters from Star Wars are definitely Boba Fett and Jango Fett. This candy is such a cute little rendition of of Boba Fett! :) I always used to play him on one of my Star Wars video games from N64 all those years ago! From nicegifts.

Of course, showing your support for the Rebel Alliance around the house is a total necessity! These coasters help you do just that! From BlythHouseCreations.

I love phone covers and I love Stormtroopers, this cover does the trick. From nokomomo.

Yoda. On a t-shirt. Providing you constant life advice. Perfect! This t-shirt does it for me! I love the chalky look! From I Candy Designs.

This is just badass. It doesn't really need much set-up, Vader, on your laptop, SWEET! From LanaKole.

I didn't know that people made crayons, but they do! This Star Wars set has all the quintessential characters. From GaddyNipperCrayons.

Today's entry was simple, but I really enjoyed browsing through all the great Star Wars stuff on Etsy. There is really SO much more that I couldn't touch on, so check it out on your own!

Signing off. :)

St. Patty's Day!

So, tomorrow's a holiday. St. Patrick's Day is a Christian holiday to honor Saint Patrick which became a day of feast (according to the God's of wikipedia). Generally, I spend the day drinking Bailey's and taking care of my usual affairs.

Of course, this is my St. Patty's themed entry, which should provide you with loads of enjoyment!

First up, the wearables:

Everyone knows you have to wear something green, and these cute little shamrock earrings from lotusflwrs get the point across perfectly!

This moss necklace is not only cute, it's a sustainable piece of jewelry. Low cost, low energy use, very little artificial! From WarmCountryMeadows.

This bag is SO cute! You don't get much for Irish than plaid! From OpenDoorStudio.

Next up, the Eats!

The obvious and completely necessary shamrock cookie from SwankyBakes.

I think this cupcake is a unique St. Patty's Day treat. Also, it has my favorite: Bailey's! From 4CupcakesSake.

This holiday requires a hearty recipes, and beef pie always does the trick!

A sweetie for the side, this Irish Potato Candy seems like an interesting option.

For a true dessert and some of my FAVORITE St. Paddy's Day drink fare, this frozen yogurt would certainly hit the spot!

Alright, don't get too sloshed! Enjoy your holiday!

I ♥ Cats!

Today, I'm in a buying mood. This mood tends to destroy my bank account, but I don't mind it. All week I've been spending on myself, but today I've decided to get some things for the cats.

Yesterday I was feeling a bit whimsical and bought a bouquet of flowers. I put them in various vases around the apartment and discovered that cats like to bite the leaves of purple chrysanthemums. The "chrys" I got are light purple and have big petals. The apartment smells so nice with flowers everywhere and the bunch was only $7 so I may start buying them weekly. :)

My cats love batting toys around, I bought these last year and Emilia loved them! :) From RedBerryCrochet.

My kitties love swatting things around, especially when those things make sounds. These jingle mice from LilBitSassy do the trick!

If you're feeling a bit crafty and want to provide something nice for your cat, this knitting pattern is very cute and would be fun for both of you. From jackiezcrafts.

Finally, every kitty needs a place to sleep and this suitcase bed is just too adorable! Also, it's priced very reasonably in comparison to the other beds like this available. From lovenostalgicwhimsy.

Well, I hope you spoil your kitties as much as I do after reading this post. Also, dogs like to play too, so don't forget about Fido! :)

Bye for now. :)
